W.W.P.

The Wounded Warrior Project that Under Armour does is to honor and empower wounded warriors who were injured in combat. Under Armour does this to help support and encourage warriors to adjust to their new lives and help them achieve new triumphs. Under Armour gives 10% of what people purchase goes to the Wounded Warrior Project. This helps show Under Armour's appreciation to the men and women who fight in combat. In 2009 and after that Under Armour's Division I football teams have played games that honored the Wounded Warrior Project. They had a specially designed uniforms for the game. After the game the jerseys are auctioned off and 100% of the proceeds go to W.W.P. This may also be known as the UA Freedom
